HR & Process (Intern / Executive)
Role & Responsibilities

Your day-to-day task will included

  • Handling day to day Talent Acquisition and end to end recruitment.

  • Supporting in HR Admin related work.

  • Handling the HR Management System.

  • Arranging the process of Project Management Software.

  • Handling the process of Project Management Software.

  • Handling employee grievances.

  • Any other HR related work assigned by the mentor.

Qualifications & Skills Required
  • A Bachelors/Masters Degree with at least 60 % marks (students who are currently pursuing their Degree can also apply).

  • Students Currently Pursuing their degree : Will only be eligible for Internship for the given time duration.

  • Students in the final semester or who have completed their degree : Will be eligible for a Full-Time Offer only after successful completion of the internship.

  • Strong command over English.

  • Excellent coordination skills to effectively communicate between the relevant stakeholders like employees and the management team.

  • Sound Knowledge of HR practices would be an added advantage.

  • An organized and focused individual who can solve potential problems proactively.

  • Applicants pursuing their course in HR will be eligible.
